Listening Tour Thank You

The Listening Tour that Kevin mentions which is laying the groundwork for SOCAP/Europe was organized by Pymwymic by reaching out to key players and longtime friends on the continent. Guided by the deep experience of our quiet ship’s captain Frank van Beuningen, we navigated four countries in a week.
A big thank you to Bert-Ole Bergstrom and MEDEA in Sweden, and our generous hosts at Region Skone and University of Malmö.
In London, Jo Hill and Jonathan Jenkins of Unltd were a great help in organizing our practitioners dinner of 15 experienced souls, including Bridges Ventures, Saïd Business School, Clearly So and foundations that ” Put Their Money Where Their Mouth Is” like Venturesome and Esmee Fairbairn. Salutes to colleagues in England for tough current times.
On to Zurich, where Oliver Karius of LGTVP guided the conversation with the fresh ideas of Philippe Trawnika and Edi Theiler from Bridgeworks, through to the experience of Blue Orchard.
In all, we consulted with about 50 of the best and brightest - that we know of so far - in social capital in Europe, with another 50 entrepreneurs and interested at the Malmo event.

One added mention: the project demonstration globes that LGT has designed to showcase their portfolio companies are great! And will be at the Beurs SOCAP/Europe in Amsterdam.
