Daniel Izzo

Partner and co-founder of Vox Capital, Brazil’s first impact investing venture capital fund, focused in businesses that serve the BOP with products and services with potential to improve the lives of low income populations.

 

Before Vox Capital, Daniel worked for 12 years in marketing and business development areas at Johnson & Johnson Brazil and Submarino (www.submarino.com.br), during its start-up phase.

 

Daniel has been working with the BOP since 2007 when, still at J&J, he developed a project in low income communities in Rio de Janeiro, selling products, generating income to community members and educating the population on health issues.

 

Daniel has an MBA with high distinction at HEC Montreal, BA at FGV in Brazil and is member of the editorial committee of Next Billion Brasil
