Martin Rich

Martin joined Social Finance in April 2009 to focus on investor development and product structuring having spent 13 years in international investment banking as a debt and derivatives marketer. His last role was in HSBC’s Financing Solutions Group with responsibility for structured financing and hedging solutions for clients throughout the EMEA region. Martin was previously in charge of sales for the Pensions Solutions Group and for developing the European Corporate Liability Solutions marketing team. Prior to this he was head of UK Corporate Risk Management Sales at JP Morgan having started his career at UBS Warburg.

 

Martin has a passion for international development and poverty relief and, amongst a number roles, is a member of Christian Aid’s “In Their Lifetime” Campaign Cabinet and serves on the Investment Committee of the Panahpur Trust. He holds a double-Masters in Engineering from Queens’ College, Cambridge.
